Paparmane

We had the most magical time at Paparmane today. My husband and I went to celebrate my birthday. I made a reservation online and let them know at that time that I have celiac disease. The owner of the tearoom personally emailed me a few days later to follow up on my need for a gluten free menu which I thought was amazing. When we walked in today I was thrilled with how whimsical the atmosphere was. The staff that met us at the door was very friendly and instantly asked us which member of our party had celiac disease. She reassured me the staff was very knowledgeable and trained in celiac awareness. This made me feel very comfortable. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. He took the time to explain the menus and how food allergies are easily accommodated. Once the food arrived the presentation was beautiful and thoughtfully arranged. The taste was unbelievable! Having celiac disease finding gluten free food that tastes wonderful is very hard to come by. The food here made me incredibly happy with every bite. I savoured every morsel! I cannot express how delicious everything was. My husband had the vegetarian option and loved every bite as well. I cannot say enough about how much we loved our experience here. I was also delighted that I was able to purchase some loose leaf tea to bring hone with me as well. I cannot wait to return again to Paparmane for another beautiful and magical experience in the future!

Went here with my girlfriend (celiac). Service was amazing, food and tea was amazing. Highly recommend!
