You can tell a lot of love and work went into to opening this spot up, and I’m so thankful it did! I can’t say enough good about this place! The atmosphere and staff are so inviting. I have celiac, so I’m always nervous having to order at a new restaurant, but Paper Tiger’s servers and chef were careful and clear about what I could was able to eat, and now I can’t stop thinking about that whole fish. Get a Blue Hawaiian, the bok choy, and the whole fish! You will eat it all, and won’t be disappointed.
