Gluten free grilled cheese no extra charge? YES. I didn't choose the celiac life, it forced itself upon me. This was a SUPER exciting find for the day after our bar crawl when we desperately needed carbs and comfort. The grilled cheeses were great but I was really impressed by the tomato soup, which I don't normally like!

The Butcher Burger did a great job cooking the burger. The toppings went together well and produced an overall good experience. They offer gluten free buns that are a good size and taste good. The table seating is only outside with all the indoor seating being either at the bar or facing out the window. The inside does smell a bit smoky with all the cooking happening in the building, so you may want to eat outside if that bothers you.

First time at EVO and as a gluten sensitive diner I cannot say enough! There were plenty of choices for me. This was fine dining at its best. Everything was a stand out but the tuna crude and the lamb kebab were lick your plate delicious. We finished the dinner with the gelato which was perfect. My husband had two generously poured expertly crafted cocktails. Service was attentive and friendly. Price for this outstanding meal was reasonable. Highly recommend.

As always, Fore Street does not disappoint. The food, atmosphere and service were spectacular. Our server made navigating my gluten sensitivity seamless by going through each menu item with me at the start. Not to miss when visiting Portland!

100% plan on returning to ViA VECCHiA. I will be bringing a ring to propose to either the Lumache or the waiter. I can’t decide which was better. All the cocktails were out of this world! Pasta (gluten free options (yay!)) was cooked perfectly. I want the bread and butter to be my best friend. And the beets small plate was the ideal appetizer to prime the palette. Highly recommend, I will be telling all my friends who visit Portland.

Tiqa is one of our top three favorite restaurants in Portland 🙌🏼 the people & food there are incredible. We love the lounge area, it is so cozy to eat and have drinks. You can't go wrong with their bar high tops, lounge or outdoor seating. This place is phenomenal! We always leave 'feeling' good which speaks to the high quality of Tiqas ingredients and authenticity. I am Gluten Free and have no issues eating here!!

We visited this place for the first time during our trip to Portland and were impressed by the view of the docks from the second-floor patio. When we returned a year later, we were happy to be back and sat in the same spot. It was a pleasant surprise to find that they had gluten-free options as our son is recently diagnosed with celiac disease. We were delighted to have a variety of choices that catered to his dietary needs.

This place was good but at about 3 pm they were out of stock of a lot of their menu (almost all the sausage variations, some hot dogs, and some sides). They do have gluten free buns typically but they were out when I went so I just had to have the hot dog without a bun.

The best tasting espresso I've had in Portland - don't sleep on this! Homemade corn tortillas and knowledge of Celiac. Cocktails are unique, staff are chill, and tacos are delicious. Thank you for the quality experience!

Jillian was attentive and friendly. The service was great. The drink menu seemed limited. There's a huge wine list, not much for craft beer drinkers while being located in a craft beer city and there was a "shmedium" cocktail list. Come here for the raw bar. Legit one of the best oyster spots in Portland. The calamari was good, but nothing to go crazy about - it definitely scratches that itch when you're craving a light battered basket of sunshine. The lobster grilled cheese sounded glutenous but was so worth it - absolutely order this. It was LOADED with lobster. The fries that come with it are delicious and I don't go crazy over fries. My fiancee got the salmon BLT and when I asked what he thought about it... He responded, "it was good". 😆 There's a reason why he doesn't do the reviews LOL. Anyways, he did love it though. Would we come again? Yes. Is this a good date night spot? Yes. We'll be back.

In one word - exquisite! We stopped in Portland for a night on our way to Acadia. This restaurant was one of the recommended places in the podcast we listened to when driving, so we made a reservation on the go, what a successful choice this came to be! Got seated at the chef's counter - this is a jackpot seat as you see all the dishes come out and the chef was right there, kindly answering all our questions, as did the servers. We are spoiled in New York, but did this place give... - bluefin tuna crudo GF - the flavors are complex, but not too loud, the fish fresh & buttery - truffle braised leeks GF - cheesy, loved it, especially the fact that truffle was not overpowering - fried maine grains polenta GF - this was so unexpected heavenly, we could come back to Portland for this dish alone... the marigold leaves (we had to ask the chef what the little flavor burst leaves were)... fennel.. that crust.. soft melty fluff inside... mmm.... - bone marrow toast - if you're hungry, this will fill you up. It was tasty but we were waiting for a horseradish kick that never came (our expectations are our problem though). It could be that at this point we were just already full and also spoiled by the dishes that came before. - suckling pig GF - it looks as if it would be too fatty but it's not. It's perfect. It killed the pulled pork for me forever. I don't want to get any pork after this because nothing can beat it. - goat ragu al forno - the flavors were dancing and merry, a bit too salty to our taste, but it might be just us, otherwise perfection, never had a better ragu! - jasmine poached pear GF - we don't eat sweets, ordered a desert still, because evidently this is not an ordinary restaurant. For us, this was too sweet to taste any flavors. It could be we're just sensitized to sugar. We wish we got some veggies on the menu, because they looked fantastic! We definitely will next time we're in Portland. Lora was a class server, drinks on time, plates cleared out of the way at all times, no delays or wait times for anything, all questions answered, very pleasant manners. Thank you for working with us on gluten free options (for one of us).

Delightful array of sandwiches, both for breakfast and lunch. These bad boys are hefty and will fill you up. The flavor profiles are savory and the offering of gluten free bread doesn’t suck (which is hard to come by). Hands down probably the best sandwiches I’ve had! Thank you. :)

Phenomenal! Service was excellent. The gluten free pasta is TERRIFIC. I got the penne al pollo and I have nothing negative to say about the dish. The portions are large, we got a small and still had leftovers. We will definitely return.

A great spot with lots of room and choices for beer. It's a great place if you're looking to meet up with a larger group of friends, or if you just feel like blending in with a larger crowd. It is also one of the few bars in Portland that has a selection of gluten free beers.

Hidden gem in a very cool part of town. The servers are knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. The vibe is spot on and the food is out of this world good. I drive 2 hours to eat here!! Gluten free options are available and there are fun non-alcoholic drinks. If you’re intimidated by the language on the menu ask questions - the servers are happy to guide you through this stunning culinary journey!!

Loved the tiramisu and the "gorgeous" (chocolate, caramel, and vanilla) flavors. Depending on the timing there can be a line, which is understandable given its prime location. Next time I'm back in Portland I'd love to try their coffee, it smelled delicious but it was just too late at night for me. They gave me a run down on flavors which contained gluten, although for the extremely sensitive I'd suggest caution because of the risk of cross contamination (they offer half flavors). I'm moderately sensitive and had no reaction myself.

-Friendly and knowledgeable wait staff -use tamari rather than soy sauce at sushi bar (good for gluten allergies/issues.) I can't eat tamari but they were happy to omit it from my sushi set which was very kind and accommodating of them! -delicious food and good portions -lots of fresh fish on the nigiri omakase -romantic/nice atmosphere (quiet) Just got back from living in Japan for a year and this is the best sushi I've had since being there. I came across this restaurant when searching for something unique for an anniversary celebration. Upon arriving I immediately realized the location is in the old Fuji building. We entered the restaurant to be told our reservation with all of our “special” notes (anniversary celebration and gluten allergy) was not there despite multiple email and text reminders I had received throughout the day. There thankfully was an available table in the BBQ section which is what I had reserved. Upon walking into the BBQ dining room it was evident there had been little to no physical upgrades to the restaurant in at least 20 years (as a frequent Fuji guest I can tell). The floors were sticky the brick wall had splatters of something all over it, our water had a bug in it. Needless to say we were not impressed with the physical appearance of the restaurant. The food and cocktails were however delicious and made the overall experience far better than we initially expected it to be upon first impression. We ordered a dinner combo with three meats and veggies. The veggie portion was VERY small (literally a slice of an onion, three mushrooms, 2 zucchini slices, and 2 eggplant slices) but the meat portion was more than enough. We will return and hope some physical plant updates are in the future.

Super nice staff and excellent food! We were a party of 4 to celebrate a birthday at lunch, arriving from 4 distant locations, and were not disappointed. We all had the delicata bahn mi, one special with gluten free bread, and all our plates were empty (except I didn't have enough room for all the incredibly good fries). If I lived closer I'd try the whole menu!

Gluten Free adapted food The waiter was super friendly, the food was delicious and the place was beautiful. When we arrived it was empty, so we sat near the bar and it was perfect, very romantic and cozy. Suddenly it started to fill up with people who were probably staying at the hotel, and they ordered drinks and shouted a lot, so our romantic dinner turned into a place for drinks. That's why we tried to have a quick dinner and leave. But otherwise the place was perfect, and the quality of the food was really good. The tuna was spectacular! I recommend the lemon ice cream with cinnamon!!

My husband, some good friends, and myself went to Lucky Cheetah and had an incredible dining experience. The menu was able to cater to my gluten-free needs deliciously. I loved the baby corn and the cold sesame noodles! 10 out of 10. Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was top-tier. Lastly, it is such a beautiful space. If you’re looking for yummy food and a luxury feeling experience- look no further! I will be back many, many more times.
