Chef Justin - 10/10 - give this guy a raise or promotion, talked me up on what to get for dinner as I engaged him in passing, brought us out a sampling of a dish I would have never tried in my life (and we loved) and will order in the future, managed my wife’s gluten allergy and my shellfish allergy. I went to thank him before we left but he was dealing with a 911 emergency, what more can the guy do? Our server forgot our drinks but she was pleasant and perhaps just having an off night but the other parts of the experience more than made up for it.
