First I need to start off by saying that I'm a chef and I was trained by the French, now with that being said, dining at passerelle made me remember why I miss working for the French, the food was just as I remember from my chefs, outstanding....we had a 6:30 reservation, although the waitstaff was buzzing around with the business of the restaurant, and it was somewhat loud, the waitress was attentive and was sure to take care of my sister who is celiac, the food came out in a timely manner, I ordered the chefs rillette and summer cassoulet, my sister and mom got the flat iron and my dad got the lamb, the cassoulet and rillette was spot on, it brought back many memories of my time working for the French.... Excellent...
