I like this place a lot. It reminds me of a humble abode, not too dissimilar to your Nonna's place. The food is fresh. The pasta is dried and displayed as homemade. Unfortunately, it seemed that they were understaffed on the night I want. Though, I commend that everyone did their jobs to their upmost capability. The pasta was a little bit dense and perhaps under-kneaded for my personal preference. I would have preferred a bit more spring in it from the gluten being a bit more developed. That being said, everyone has different tastes. I still think it's a great restaurant.
