Pastries A-La-Carte

Called 18 days ago for a gluten free cake, (I am from out of town) was told I can call two days before I need pick up for my cake. Called today ( a Tuesday, need cake Thursday ) and was told I can’t get a cake until Saturday. Then after talking to a “lead cake person” was told I can’t get a cake until Friday. Birthdays don’t change. Can’t change someone’s birthday. Thanks for putting me out of a birthday cake for someone.Lady tried to offer cookies they have in store instead of a cake, nice lady shitty experience as to no birthday cake now.

Pastries A-La-Carte created a beautiful cake for our wedding day! Communication with them was easy and smooth throughout the planning process. We ordered both a gluten-free sheet cake and a sweetheart cake. The sheet cake was a hit - even our gluten-free guests raved about how moist and delicious it was! Our sweetheart cake was so tasty too. We did have a small hiccup when I picked up the cake - it was in a different system. But they brought the cake out and everything was fine. Despite that little scare, our cake looked and tasted perfect on the big day. The whole cake was beautifully decorated and added a lovely, sweet touch to our wedding. We were so pleased with their work and prices. I would happily order from Pastries A-La-Carte again!
