I have been coming to this location for quite a while, even after several rough experiences it was convenient and I have to be gluten free. I have noticed a very distinct change over the past month and a half or so. You're greeted when you walk in, the food is fresh (this was never an issue or there would have been no more chances). In all honesty, the feel of the location in general has completely changed. The staff seem like they care now. You guys are really doing well. Keep it up.
