We visited Baltimore this weekend and had lunch @ Philips, it was a great experience especially thanks to Ruslan’s service, I have dietary restrictions due to celiac disease and he was very supportive of my need and everything was good, no issues with food Food was tasty and had good quality, we sat outside as the weather was very nice and very enjoyable

I cannot say enough good things about dining here! Live music, nice atmosphere, good service, and delicious food and drinks! It was a long wait for a table (a little over an hour for a party of two), but that's to be expected on a Saturday evening. They gave us an accurate time estimate, and there was plenty of seating to wait in the lobby. They had a separate gluten-free menu that made it very clear and easy to choose something safe for a gluten intolerance. We had the soft shell crab sandwich and fries (not gluten-free); rockfish with mashed potatoes and asparagus; half-shell oysters; a strawberry daqueri; a blue crab marg, and a piece of flourless chocolate torte. Every item was wonderful!
