Several Gluten free options clearly outlined in menu (look for the green G๐) and most of their stuff is MSG free which is a huge bonus for brain health and a testament to truly good flavor in their food (more on MSG below).
I had the gluten free vermicelli, gluten free spring rolls and they modified the salad rolls to be gluten free. Very tasty ๐. Dipping sauce was great. Second time around I tried the gluten free shrimp curry noodle soup and it was delicious albeit a bit spicy ๐ฅ.

MSG is an excitotoxin for the brain. MSG makes food taste more flavorful and addicting which is why most pho, Chinese, Vietnamese places use it - it's a cheap way for restaurants to hack your taste buds on low quality food, rather than spicing it correctly. PhoEver said they don't use MSG, and my family member is sensitive to it. If they had lied, we would have known. So they are honest and make truly good food.
