The food here is phenomenal and delicious. Everything from the chicken pho, beef pho, the Bun Cha, Cua Be, rice paper fried rolls (gluten free) is fresh and warming.
That said, we would probably go here 10x more often if the experience was not so impacted by the older waiter guy, whose demeanor and responsiveness suggest he may not be well-suited for the pace and demands of front-of-house service (even when not busy). It’s not a matter of rudeness, but more a mismatch of role and ability, which unfortunately affects the overall dining atmosphere.

I loved the boon nem! Nice and crispy, huge portions! Also the man was very nice and knowledgeable about what items contain gluten. (the boon nem is gluten free!)
