Phở 14

Pho 14 is a great pho restaurant and has certainly earned it's various Asian/Vietnamese/Pho accolades. The atmosphere is casual, with several televisions in corners, but m not enough to distract entirely from conversation. The are very friendly and helpful, open to answering any questions. I was informed that "everything about the pho is gluten free" and this was confirmed by the delicious meal that I had. The dark meat chicken was great and the broth was not salty, but rather flavorful without relying on too much sodium. I will certainly be going again. tl;dr - Great food, atmosphere, and staff. Gluten friendly. Will definitely be visiting again.
