Picazzo's Healthy Italian Kitchen

Tatum was our very nice, very patient server who did a great job. They have a lot of options for gluten free people (my sister) and they have delicious turkey meatballs (for me). I had a slice of pizza with sliced turkey meatballs & a lovely salad with Walnuts, gorgonzola & apples. They will do the salad on field greens or romaine. It was my sister's birthday so she got a free dessert of her choice - apple crisp with vanilla ice cream. We'll be back.

I love Picazzo's because it gives me the ability to order deliscious dishes and enjoy eating out - even though I have Celiac Disease. Their lunch specials are awesome and then they have happy hour specials that start at 3:00. They offer these every day (not just weekdays). The icing on the (gluten free) cake is - they have a loyalty program that gives $10.00 toward meals once you reach the various levels. They even let you know if you have rewards available before you pay the bill. Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, or just looking for healthy options - PIcazzos is a great place to get what you want!

We just had a really unfortunate birthday dinner. The only server working on a Saturday night (seriously?!) couldn't have cared less the TWO TIMES she brought us water with old food floating in it. She picked up the first glass and began searching it for floaters as if we were lying. After we complained , she refused to bring us more water for the rest of the meal.I told her I had Celiac Disease, she didn't alert the kitchen or even acknowledge I had said it. She had a very "I don't care, and you're annoying me," attitude. This is absolutely the worst restaurant in this chain. We definitely won't be back. Thanks for the birthday memories. This locations management should be ashamed.
