Pie in the Sky Pie Co.

The staff is NOT knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. I could tell my waitress didn’t understand and asked her to check if there was a dedicated fryer. I litter saw the manager roll her eyes as she asked her. They acted super annoyed when I ordered a gluten free slice of pie, something in their menu. They said they’re gluten free machine that makes the dough was down today. Okay so I asked if I could order a gluten free pie for future pickup. They acted so annoyed with me even asking and said no they didn’t know how long it would be down for.

I bought a gluten sugar free pie, I did not like it at all. It was very watery and the dough tasted like it was undone. I was very disappointed. My favorite pie is the key lime or lemon pie, but was too expensive here.
