I went here with my family because we heard they had good gluten free crusts. The service was pretty bad when we told them we were allergic to gluten and specifically requested a plate underneath our pizzas in the oven they ignored our request. at that point we were over it and just asked them to take it out, plate it and put it back in. (they did offer to remake it for us but we just wanted our food at this point) When we asked the chef to not use the pizza cutter on our gluten free pizzas he used it anyways which made us even more upset. Regular pizzas were good, gluten free was alright but the service was really bad. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone with celiac due to cross contamination.

I recently tried Pieology's gluten-free pizza, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was! The crust was crispy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and perfectly balanced. As someone who has to eat gluten-free, it can be difficult to find good pizza options, but Pieology exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their gluten-free pizza to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal.
