I went here with my family because we heard they had good gluten free crusts. The service was pretty bad when we told them we were allergic to gluten and specifically requested a plate underneath our pizzas in the oven they ignored our request. at that point we were over it and just asked them to take it out, plate it and put it back in. (they did offer to remake it for us but we just wanted our food at this point) When we asked the chef to not use the pizza cutter on our gluten free pizzas he used it anyways which made us even more upset. Regular pizzas were good, gluten free was alright but the service was really bad. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone with celiac due to cross contamination.
I have a wheat allergy so it's hard for me to find fast food that I can eat that won't send me into anaphylactic shock. However this Chick-fil-A location has Gluten free bun option which is very good. I'd argue probably one of the best buns I've had.
Foods is always good, they changed the chicken from gluten to soy baked, which madera there mock meat a little dry and tough, but otherwise everything was very tastee.
Called in order. Order was curbside. Best pizza ever. Did not wait too long. Great service.. Order Spinach feta, veggie with onion mushrooom with jalapeños and pineapple. They have gluten free crust.
Best pizza in Monterey Park. Affordable, delicious, good to deal with. Skip Domino's and support a local business that knows how to make a great pie. The normal crust is delicious but if required they can do gluten free personal pizza which is about the same price as gluten free pizzas at the grocery store. Can't beat it.
Do not come here if you are Celiac. They provided the allergen chart of all of their dishes and all of them contain wheat except the edamame, kimchi, and chicken karaage. The chicken karaage is not prepared in a dedicated fryer.
