This gluten free crust is amazing!!! It’s thin, but not crispy. There’s a chew to it that reminds me of regular crust. The server talked to me about how the staff wear gloves, prepare the pizzas in a separate area, and bake it in a pan so it doesn’t touch any flour in the oven. I will be going back the next time I’m in the area! Fantastic

Unfortunately my family didn’t like their pizza. The dough was saggy and the cheese had a weird texture. They use the same oven to make pizza but they said that they were careful not to touch the regular pizza.
