As a celiac, it was great news to be able to go without fear to eat a hamburger at Pikiti. When I called, the girl who helped me had perfect control over the issue (cross contamination, etc.). Very friendly. They accommodated my choice from the menu.
A point to keep in mind. Although the sauces are made without gluten, they warn you that they may have contamination when used by everyone (shared jars), a shame that they do not have, perhaps, sachets or a separate jar.
The bread was good, nothing out of this world (we already know that it is difficult to find good bread) and the burger was delicious.
I will continue trying other gluten-free burgers on the menu.
