It seems that the workers' limited vocabulary does not cover the words EDUCATION and RESPECT. The place does not have tables, it is a takeaway that has an American-style bar that does not have stools. The place says it has gluten-free food, but being some kind of stall, it doesn't seem very reliable due to cross contamination. The website doesn't warn about the fact that there are no tables or stools at the bar, and when I tell a worker (whose name I don't know) that they should let me know, he goes and laughs in my face. Well, in case you are reading this, I am a person with two herniated discs and a chronic injury to the sacrum, and as you understand (or maybe not, I don't know to what extent your poor sensitivity extends), I don't have the ease that other people have of eating standing up. And on top of that he laughs in my face. Next time, earn a minimum of the monthly salary they pay you so that you can eat and inform your clients in a respectful manner even if you absolutely do not like your job and it is the only job option you have left.
I can't comment on the food because I left before trying it, but I think the place would have to make some staff changes and make things clear to this young man and another colleague of his who also laughed at me.
Regarding the restaurant chain itself, I suggest that if one of its locations does not have tables or stools available, that the user be informed in writing and not only through possible photos, which by the way leave absolutely nothing clear. Thank you.
