The burgers were simply spectacular: juicy, well seasoned and with a gluten-free bun that has nothing to envy of the traditional ones. Every bite was proof that eating gluten-free doesn't mean sacrificing quality. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention for the gluten-free tap beers: the best I've ever tried. Fresh, tasty and full-bodied, perfect to accompany any dish. And the perfect ending, the gluten-free Oreo cake. Absolute madness. Creamy, sweet at the right point and with that irresistible crunchy touch. I will return, without a doubt!!!

The price is expensive and the service is slow and I won't say borderline, but it is lacking in friendliness. But yes, the chocolate palm trees are delicious (€3.95). It's not that they are good for being gluten-free. They are the best I have ever tried in my life.

The best gluten-free burgers in all of Madrid. I've tried a ton of burger places, and the gluten-free burger buns in every one felt like cork. Until I discovered Osa. The bun is delicious, so much so that it doesn't even seem gluten-free. Plus, the burgers are delicious. The portions are good, and the service is good and fast. It's a shame they have such a small space; despite that, it's my new favorite burger place in South Madrid.

The main reason we go to Hamburguesa Nostra is because they have gluten-free burgers. Well, although it may seem incredible, they didn't have gluten sik bread! So our son had to eat his burger without a bun. That doesn't happen with normal bread, right? Why then are celiacs second-class citizens? PROS and CONS, from my point of view as I am celiac: + Spacious place with space between the tables, modern decoration and open kitchen. + There are always free tables, no reservation is necessary. + Hamburgers can be GLUTEN FREE. But you must notify the waiter in case it is necessary to eliminate any ingredient that contains gluten from the burger you want to order. + Great variety of GLUTEN FREE rooms. - There are no gluten-free desserts - They do not assure you that there is no cross contamination. But I have eaten at several places and have never had any problems :)

Disappointment. We have asked: - Bacon Cheeseburger - Vice Originals Gluten Free - Smoked Bacon Cheese Fries - Chocolate Hazelnut Shake About the burgers, the good thing is that you can tell that the ingredients are fresh, they are well made. The truth is that there was a lack of salt (yes, it is better than too salty but they were bland), and the flavor combinations are very mediocre. The meat doesn't taste like anything. Perhaps due to the lack of seasoning, but if you have tried other smashes in Madrid, you already know that there are many where the flavor or maturation is noticeable. Gluten-free bread has a great texture but is too sweet. It has too much flavor and takes away from the meat. The potatoes were not good. The cheese sauce was atrocious in flavor. I don't know what cheese it is but I suggest swapping it for a simple cheddar. We couldn't finish the shake. It was extremely sweet and just tasted like hazelnut. The chocolate was nowhere to be found. I am aware that I am rating a blind kitchen and that there may be a discrepancy between them and a real establishment. I would like to try it in a place and compare, since I was really looking forward to it and the disappointment has been huge.

We were there yesterday, the truth is that the burgers are very very good. Gluten-free bread is spongy, has good flavor and does not crumble. The meat was super well smashed and we found it very tasty. But I can't give it a 5 ⭐️ for several things: - they are very expensive to come without garnish - they do not have gluten-free garnishes - In addition to the high price of the burgers, gluten-free bread has a €1.5 supplement - If you are on the terrace it is like eating it on a bench, without plates or anything.

Even the spicy potatoes were delicious and I swear I could still taste them the next day after brushing my teeth and rinsing with mouthwash! Tremendous. Additionally, the cook made sure I received the right food upon delivery. A great deal! The place was very clean, as well as the bathrooms (pleasant surprise) and the music was not too loud and you could have a conversation. By the way, I recommend cola drinks with strawberry or other flavors. Very original to get out of the monotony. I would repeat a thousand times. Highly recommended!
