I'm celiac and lactose intolerant, and I discovered Kaktus through an online post. It didn't take long for us to visit, and I was disappointed. To start, the restaurant is beautiful. We were served immediately. The menu is 100% gluten-free and 60% lactose-free. This means you don't have to worry about cross-contamination and can enjoy the experience. The food is completely homemade. The portions are quite generous, and the prices are completely affordable. The desserts are also homemade, and even the bread is delicious! The treatment we received from the staff was unbeatable. They were very attentive at all times and made sure we didn't lack anything. The owner was also very pleasant and friendly. They provided us with food, atmosphere, service, music... You can't ask for anything more from service. Kaktus has definitely become one of my favorite restaurants. 🖤

I went to this restaurant for dinner yesterday. I've been there before and the experience has been good, but yesterday I ordered a gluten-free burger and they gave me one with gluten. Offering gluten-free products and having your waiters be so untrained and uncaring about the issue is quite shameful. I wouldn't recommend anyone with celiac disease to go to this restaurant.

We searched Google for a place that had gluten-free food. And she recommended this great place. The service is wonderful right from the start, but they also have a super-varied menu and practically everything is gluten-free. I've been celiac for six months, and I swear, yesterday I ate something I hadn't had in months. What a pleasure, everything was so delicious. We ordered tequeños and potachos to share, which were delicious, but the burger was absolutely delicious. I've never had a gluten-free burger before. 100% recommended.

Very nice atmosphere, cool for the hot day. Maite, the waitress who served us, was very nice, friendly, and attentive. I only knew I couldn't eat all the side dishes because I'm celiac, and she gave me all the options. It's important to train waiters on this topic; it's important for us celiacs. I had a bad experience because the service provided today was misleading and several important errors were made: I was served by two waitresses simultaneously. The first took my order for a beer and a vegan burger. After a while, another waitress came and asked if I was celiac, to which I replied no. After a few more minutes, they brought me the vegan burger. The meat was a little dry, and the bread seemed a little rubbery. I didn't want to say anything because it was almost 10:30 p.m. When they brought me the bill, I saw that they had given me gluten-free bread. I asked the first waitress, and she told me I hadn't been charged. I paid the bill and, upon leaving the establishment, realized that I had been charged, so I returned. The waitress acknowledged it and refunded my money. But the worst part was that when I left the establishment and analyzed the situation, I realized that the gluten-free bread had been knowingly placed on my table, and it wasn't rectified. When the second waitress approached the table to ask if I was celiac, she went to the kitchen and saw the burger already made with that bread, and she didn't change it. She served it to me as is. This was a serious mistake, but they should have also offered me the type of bread I wanted from the start, and they didn't. So, a service in which I felt totally deceived. Very good manners with the customer, but little professionalism. They think they can deceive customers whenever they want, but they've come across someone in the industry. This says a lot about the establishment. I should have come back a second time and asked for the complaints book.

The best gluten-free burgers in all of Madrid. I've tried a ton of burger places, and the gluten-free burger buns in every one felt like cork. Until I discovered Osa. The bun is delicious, so much so that it doesn't even seem gluten-free. Plus, the burgers are delicious. The portions are good, and the service is good and fast. It's a shame they have such a small space; despite that, it's my new favorite burger place in South Madrid.

Impeccable service. Since I'm celiac, they were very attentive, explaining what I could and couldn't eat and even explaining how they work in the kitchen in case I might have any problems. The food was a 10, even the gluten-free bread was very well packaged and delivered to you to avoid cross-contamination. I did have to assemble the burger myself on the plate, but that didn't bother me. A great place to come and enjoy.

Amazing burgers and gluten-free. They served us very well, and we really appreciate their honesty and information. They were very knowledgeable about celiac disease and even cleaned the grill to be sure. We talked about what we could and couldn't eat, recommending and advising us on what was best and if any ingredients contained gluten. The gluten-free bread is a 10/10; it doesn't crumble and is delicious. We will return and recommend it. The perfect finishing touch would be the fries, a separate fryer, even if it's small. Thanks to the staff!!

Disappointment. We have asked: - Bacon Cheeseburger - Vice Originals Gluten Free - Smoked Bacon Cheese Fries - Chocolate Hazelnut Shake About the burgers, the good thing is that you can tell that the ingredients are fresh, they are well made. The truth is that there was a lack of salt (yes, it is better than too salty but they were bland), and the flavor combinations are very mediocre. The meat doesn't taste like anything. Perhaps due to the lack of seasoning, but if you have tried other smashes in Madrid, you already know that there are many where the flavor or maturation is noticeable. Gluten-free bread has a great texture but is too sweet. It has too much flavor and takes away from the meat. The potatoes were not good. The cheese sauce was atrocious in flavor. I don't know what cheese it is but I suggest swapping it for a simple cheddar. We couldn't finish the shake. It was extremely sweet and just tasted like hazelnut. The chocolate was nowhere to be found. I am aware that I am rating a blind kitchen and that there may be a discrepancy between them and a real establishment. I would like to try it in a place and compare, since I was really looking forward to it and the disappointment has been huge.

One of the best smash burgers I've ever had! I've tried the bacon cheeseburger and the Milwaukee burger, both delicious. The sauce is outstanding, I love it! The other day I tried the gluten-free bun option; it's quite well done, and to give it that brioche touch, I think they grill it with butter (the photo is of this burger). I've always ordered delivery, so I can't comment on the location, the atmosphere, or the service. I've returned several times and will probably do so again.

The girl who helped me informed me very well about the 2 gluten-free options they had and all the ingredients I could add. Everything delicious! Even the spicy potatoes were delicious and I swear I could still taste them the next day after brushing my teeth and rinsing with mouthwash! Tremendous. Additionally, the cook made sure I received the right food upon delivery. A great deal! The place was very clean, as well as the bathrooms (pleasant surprise) and the music was not too loud and you could have a conversation. By the way, I recommend cola drinks with strawberry or other flavors. Very original to get out of the monotony. I would repeat a thousand times. Highly recommended!

Good flavor of meat. But after stopping by the kitchen they told me that they had run out of goat cheese and gluten-free bread. So my burger was not what I wanted. There was also some gluten contamination, because 45 minutes later I have a stomach ache and diarrhea. A shame.
