I didn’t even have to ask her to use the sandwich items that had not yet been touched. She got all her fillings from the new bins under the counter. The gluten-free pita was really yummy. Overall, a great experience.

They are so gluten conscious that they even have separate vegetable containers for celiac customers. Delicious as well! Highly recommend.
