I cannot say enough about Pizza Den! For me, the standout is the gluten free Brooklyn pie, which is thin and crispy. I have also thoroughly enjoyed the Jammin with You pie, which has fig jam and bacon. Unexpectedly sweet and salty and good as hell!! The environment is warm and inviting… simple in a good way! The owners welcomed me and my family in, took time to explain options, made recommendations and made us feel comfortable. This is now 10000% our go to pizza spot!

The Pizza Den in Princeton has a lot going for it! The cheese, pepperoni, and sauce are spot-on—flavorful and well-balanced. However, the dough could use some fine-tuning. It’s a bit too chewy, which might be due to an excess of gluten. With a little adjustment, they could elevate their pizza game to perfection!
