Pizza Pilgrims Covent Garden

One of the best gluten free pizzas I’ve ever had - hands down! Some interesting pizza topping variations. We had You’ve Got Mailae and the pepperoni and both were delicious!!

The Gluten free pizza was delicious! The staff were engaging in particular Elena. She was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the pizza and the environment. I will go there again.

I love pizza pilgrims but this branch was not good. The staff were friendly upon arrival and told me what i could/couldn’t have as someone with gluten intolerance. However when i ordered i asked for my pizza gluten free and i was ignored. She also tried to walk away while we were ordering the drinks. There were 5 of us and she took 2 drinks orders before starting to leave. She also wrote nothing down, which wouldn’t be an issue other than the fact i was given a normal pizza and had to send it back for a gluten free pizza after she had checked with the waitress whether i had asked for gluten free. We also ordered 2 dips and only received one, as well as only receiving 4 of the drinks. We also sat for ages waiting for someone to give us the bill after taking everything away. The food is good but the service in this branch was awful. I’d recommend the regent street branch over this one 100%, never had an issue over there!
