Have been so excited to come here for ages because of the gf pizza reviews - but when I told the waitress I was coeliac she said they did nothing different to handle the gf pizza, no procedures in place, not even a measly little cardboard mat to put the pizza in the oven so it wasn't touching the same oven floor - even though this was all I asked she made me feel really awkward for having asked any questions and didn't seem very happy when I asked her to put an allergen note on it just in case there was anything they could do to accommodate at all -although everyone around us was getting their pizzas in 15 mins ours took an hour (maybe because mine was gf?) - the pizza was so so good but if you're coeliac and worried about cross contamination and want to feel comfortable with the waiting staff this is maybe not the one for you, if you are just vaguely gluten intolerant then the base is great! Makes me so sad when restaurants have options for gf without any protocols/ staff training on making people feel less anxious when ordering

I visited this Prezzo whilst on a short break with my children. I ordered the gluten free pizza and my children had pasta dishes. The food was served very quickly and arrived luke warm. I sent mine back as it was very undercooked! There was no apology from staff. When mine was cooked again it was slightly burnt but put this down to them ensuring it was cooked. I have to say it was worst pizza I have eaten. Yes, it was gluten free but it can still be tasty. This pizza was tasteless!! My children love Italian food but they too didn’t enjoy their meals either. I felt the service was poor too no apology for undercooked food and no checking in afterwards either. Won’t be rushing back to prezzo!! Service charge added to bill and not mandatory? No discounts can be used at this restaurant either! Very poor.
