Classic busy downtown pizza spot. Mostly a by-the-slice kind of place, but I have a mild gluten allergy and ordered their gluten-free personal pizza. Just be aware they bake all the pizzas in the same oven as wheat dough, so not recommended for those with celiac disease. I would say the flavor of the gluten-free crust is a 7.5/10, but the texture is a 5/10. It was thin and crispy, but quite tough as well. It was not too difficult to eat, and still preferable to a soggy crust or cauliflower crust in my opinion. A good late night option for gluten sensitive people.
