Pizzeria "La Sorgente"

Very good pizzeria, also included in the Gambero Rosso guide, in fact you can see the recommended pizzas on the menu. The choice is very wide, perhaps too much so. Reading the menu takes a really long time, especially for people like me who are in this place for the first time, so the time required to order becomes considerable. I therefore allow myself to give some advice to the owners, namely the inclusion of photos under each proposal: it could make the choice more immediate, it would certainly have helped me! I tried three different pizzas and I can say that there is something for all tastes, from the simplest to the most sophisticated. The attention that the restaurant has for all intolerances is notable: they have lactose-free mozzarella and prepare gluten-free pizzas for the added price of €3!

After years, I try Sorgente's gluten free pizza. One word: exceptional. Never had such a good gluten-free pizza. No difference with pizza made with traditional flours. Varied and well-stocked wine list. Truly the top of pizzerias!!!
