A bit of a disappointment that in an AIC certified pizzeria you have to call a day in advance to have 1 gluten-free pizza

I went to this pizzeria to eat gluten-free pizza: unfortunately it's a big no. The pizza was very thin and hard, but hard hard hard, dry and difficult to chew. Overall the taste was good, but the dough is forgettable. I recommend reviewing the mix and making it a little softer. The pizzeria is stuck in the 90s in terms of furnishings, the only saving grace is the service which was excellent.

Great pizzeria and for me who am celiac finally ate a great gluten free pizza. I highly recommend it. Very kind and helpful staff
