The cured meats chosen as a starter were the same as those you find in the supermarket: dry and stringy.
Gluten-free fried appetizers are not available (not even chips).
The gluten-free pizza was little more than a wet piadina with no trace of leavening (I attach a photo), it came back healthy, just without mozzarella
Even though the wait staff also recognized that it wasn't good, at the checkout they didn't even pretend to want to give a discount.
In my house if a pizza is returned you don't really charge for it
The regular gluten free pizza was good.
There is really a lot of work to be done on gluten-free, perhaps drawing from those who already know how to do it.
The dining room staff was friendly and helpful.
