I had the torta al testo with cooked grass, sausage and gluten-free mozzarella, highly recommended 👍🏻.
If you want you can eat at the tables in the restaurant, but it is strictly take-away.
For gluten-free, call at 5 pm when it opens and book what you want, whether it's pizza or torta al testo, because they prepare it to order.
