Good pizza, prices a little higher than the Bolognese standard. Type of dough and pizza height as desired: low, medium or high. They don't do gluten-free pizzas but they have two lactose-free ones. Staff not always friendly and very detached in attitude.

Tried it for the first time this evening thanks to the invitation of friends, a very welcoming, large and well-structured place, you can immediately see that it has recently opened and that it has a modern, very particular and successful approach. Excellent pizza, one of the best I've tried recently (I'm quite critical), you can choose not only the type (thin, medium, thick) but also the nature/composition of the ingredients to accommodate people with intolerances (celiac disease ok, but also lactose). High quality ingredients, plentiful and fresh, fast service even in the evenings when the room is completely full, kind and very polite staff. The only defects: deadly and suffocating heat and (unfortunately for them even if they are not to blame) difficult parking. I recommend booking especially during the weekend. To try and try again!
