They offer vegan and gluten free options. we get the Garden Fresco Burrito with no cheese and corn tortillas. They offer sides of sautéed veggies, served on a nice hot mini skillet.
The quality of a Mexican Restaurant can easily be seen in the quality of their chips and salsas, Plaza Bonita exemplifies this very nicely.
They are not organic or gmo free, and don't have any vegan desserts, but the food is still good. Portions are nice, service has always been great and the overall place is kept very clean and has a very nice ambiance. They love their place and it shows.
Edit 2019: the guac is NOT vegan. They add mayo to it, gross and not traditional, it's a cheap substitute to avocados. Also, i highly doubt their beans are vegetarian, as they claim.
