Delicious!! High quality sushi, fatty tuna another level. Plus they make it in front of you at the moment. I am celiac and I have not had any problems. They have gluten-free soy sauce.

This place was good with so much different sushi to choose from they also have gluten free soy sauce which was a lifesaver and clear communication of gluten free food. Definitely stop by when you’re in Kyoto!! 😀
