Amazing. We ordered two savory and two sweet crepes and their matcha lattes. Everything was delicious and the staff is so friendly. The place is small so go early for seats.
Best gluten-free pizza I have ever had. Scratch that, best pizza I have ever had Period. Everyone visiting Nara, please give these guys a visit.
Not sure if Japan has a Coeliac certification system, but it's all good. They got a while separate stone oven just for the gluten-free pizzas.
No, I haven't been to Italy, but this restaurant was supervised by a world-class Italian chef. It shows. It really shows. Don't think Italian food ever gets better than this.

We chose this bar because we were visiting the temple area in Kyoto, and we were looking for a gluten-free place, and we had a great time, the choice on the menu is very limited, two sandwiches (with very good bread) and 4-5 desserts, then they only have coffee to drink or a few other things (no soft drinks). It is a very elegant place, you can see the artistic imprint of the owner. The staff is very kind and also spoke very good English.
Prices a little high but everything is quality and a zen environment.
Ah from the back you can see the pagoda directly!
I ate here no more than 20 minutes ago and it was wonderful. It’s difficult to find gluten free places in Japan, especially along with being vegan - This restaurant was lovely, the food was great and the staff are so kind, friendly and sweet.
We had the lunch plates (where you basically get to try a bit of everything, everywhere should do that am I right?!), donut, chocolate waffle and regular waffle - Everything was so nice, I’m vegetarian and my partner is a meat eater, we loved all of it but had opposite favourites to one another so it’s definitely worth a try!
Enjoy everyone!
About a year ago, I started to get stomach problems when I eat wheat.
So I went looking for gluten-free restaurants, but many of them were gluten-free and also vegan, but I wanted to eat meat... I found a restaurant in Nara that could fulfill my wish!
Of course, they also had gluten-free and vegan options.
I had a hamburger on rice flour bread, and it was so nice and satisfying! (It was hard to eat, but that's probably how it is.)
The price was quite high compared to regular cafes, but they seem to use carefully selected ingredients, and it's priceless to be able to eat a hamburger like this without getting an upset stomach!
There was also a parking lot next to the restaurant.
The rice flour scones I bought as a souvenir were also delicious.
I'd like to go there if it was in my neighborhood.
I'd like to eat there again if I go to Nara.
100% gluten free and vegan donut shop. Everything was so delicious. They also sell gluten free ramen packs that are nice to have on the go just in case.
The açaí bowl was very good; however, we found the service disinterested and the atmosphere lacking. If you’re in the area and need a gluten-free bite, it’s worth a stop, but I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to visit this location.
All of the carefully prepared dishes were delicious!
The gluten-free pasta was well-flavored, the dashi soy sauce had a mild taste, and the salmon pasta had a nice yuzu flavor.
The soy milk amazake soft serve ice cream was mellow and not at all heavy, and went really well with the strong espresso.
I enjoyed my green salad very much. The balance of all the green veggies, with the smallest pop of a red lettuce in it was excellent. The dressing was a outstanding pesto, which I almost wished for more of, however I was so glad to be able to taste and appreciate each of my vegetables individually, again harmony.
The tiramisu was vegan and gf, as were all the desserts. This dessert was great as a df gf customer.
What we would have liked more of, a few more gluten free options on the savory menu. The green salad was the solitary option. No soup or warm food was gluten free on the entire menu. Many vegan people would like this choice. I am celiac, and found your restaurant on Atly, a gluten free restaurant App. It would only enhance the menu to have 1 soup and 1 warm meal. This would raise the stars to 5 stars!🌟
Very tasty food with gluten free options. The service is slower than the typical ramen-style restaurants where they get you in and out quickly but that didn't bother us.
Really loved this place! I’m a very sensitive coeliac but despite the small risk of cross contamination I was totally fine and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I even ordered a dessert crepe afterwards seeing as the ice cream was gf too!
Service was quick and the staff were lovely - I was informed that they had cleaned the plate they cook the crepes on but that they couldn’t guarantee it was safe - which was nice to see they understand the severity of coeliac and still try to accomodate! Safe to say it was well worth the slight risk
Excellent burgers and very interesting desserts, they also have gluten-free sandwiches so they can satisfy even those who need gluten-free. Service as always friendly, water included, prices slightly higher than average but worth it.

If you want to drink matcha latte in Kyoto, this is the place♡!
Enjoy authentic coffee made by baristas
Here Kyoto's second store opens in Kiyomizu-dera Temple.

Matcha Caramel Affogato Latte
Filled with matcha sauce
I went to Kyoto because I wanted to drink a strong matcha latte ♡
Astringency of matcha × bitterness of espresso ×
Saltiness of caramel sauce x sweetness of milk
The latte that spread in my mouth was so delicious ❤︎ ⸝⸝
A chewy and fluffy omelet with a buttery flavor.
Matcha cream and caramelized walnuts
It's included and it's also delicious ♩
There are seats in the narrow space outside the store.
It's surprisingly hard to notice, so it's a hidden gem! !
Had a really good GF breakfast with roasted veggies - poached eggs - and sausage. It’s been hard to find a place that is GF and has veggies … so this was appreciated. The meal was big. But we are traveling today and won’t find another GF meal for a while.
Bloom is hands down my favorite coffee shop in Okinawa. The coffee is amazing (brown sugar latte 😍), the food is delicious, the staff is so friendly and kind, and the vibe is relaxed and chill. They also have decaf espresso AND gluten free options which are hard to find on Oki! Thank you Bloom for being my coffee shop away from home 🫶🏼
I would absolutely recommend this to other people who are gluten free / celiac. As a celiac I have eaten here twice and they are very helpful when making food that is gluten free.
They have an allergy list on their menu which allows you to see all the dishes that are wheat free. Noting they do mention gluten as it is not a formal allergy in Japan. They do offer gluten free bread though! Additionally, they were able to provide meal substitutes - removing a certain sauce - to make it wheat / gluten free.
However, do not worry as I have eaten here twice - October 2024 and April 2025 - and as a symptomatic celiac I have had no reaction to it.
If you are vegetarian / vegan this may be quite hard to have a full meal here as most dishes involve meat of some sort.
We had an excellent time at niceness and I can best describe the experience as peaceful. The food is all organic, gluten-free and vegan and all grown on their family farm. The transfer of the ingredients from the earth to the plate is both meticulous and seamless and you can even watch the magic happen while you wait. The tea we had was perhaps the best tea we’ve ever had and the local honey used to sweeten it was good enough to buy from their small gift shop. A bonus was that a part of the proceeds go to increasing nectar plants on the island. Perhaps the highlight was the incorporation of nature into the restaurant and outdoor seating area which made for a wonderful ambiance that would alone be worth returning for. We loved the food, the service and the atmosphere and will definitely be back.
Great tacos. Really good value and very fast. Many options are gluten free which is why I tried this place. Staff speak English.
This place has a bar with 4-5 stools inside for dining in, and another two tables outside. They have a bigger restaurant about 5 minutes walk away with a bigger indoor dining area.
・It was a very good shop, I will repeat it.
・Vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian meals and desserts available
・I feel healthy and feel good even when I eat sweets without feeling guilty
・It tastes and looks good, so I simply made it gluten-free.It was completely different from the restaurants I had eaten at in the past.
・I want to try the food menu next time.
・Personally recommended

Absolutely amazing gluten free soba and tempura! We also have other allergies (FODMAP), which they could accommodate. It was a stress-free experience, as the staff were so helpful! The food was also delicious, did not feel like the dietary amendments impacted on flavour at all. Favourite!!

I've been here for lunch several times. I really liked the sea urchin pasta here, which was also made into gluten-free noodles, but to be honest, it was bad this time. There were fewer sea urchins, and I felt that the amount was small. The female staff member also kept asking, "Would you like some water?" and interrupted the conversation. The dishes were cleaned up as soon as I finished eating, and it wasn't busy, so I stayed for about 40 minutes before heading home. Honestly, including the drinks, the lunch costs over 2,000 yen, and it's far from the station, so I don't think I'll go there again.
We tried the "Have a Good Day Plate", along with the avocado toast with gluten free bread. French toast, and Petit Gateau, also gluten free and dairy free. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were well-balanced. However, the Petit Gateau could have been slightly less baked to achieve that perfect melted chocolate center. Overall, a great spot for a delicious and visually appealing breakfast in Osaka with a lovely view.
A shop where you can eat stress-free sweets that will make everyone happy ☘️
This shop's sweets are "No, Milk No, Egg No Gluten."
That means no eggs, milk, or flour!
So even people with allergies can eat it.
☑︎Papa's Waffle Black (half 450 yen)
☑︎Vegan donut Yamabudo (280 yen)
☑︎Milk-free ice cream pistachio (100 yen with mini waffle)
☑︎Butterfly Pea Soda (400 yen)
Waffles are made with rice flour, tapioca flour, cane sugar, and soy milk.
Very chewy😳
Black sesame was released before and was very popular, but it seems like it's back for a limited time!
The flavor of sesame was very good ✨
Donuts are made from okara 🍩
It's so moist that you can't believe it's an okara donut ☺️
This deliciousness is amazing without using 7 allergens!
Ice cream uses organic soy milk to reduce calories
Rich ice cream without milk, eggs, or flour🥰
I use soy milk, but you can really taste the pistachios.
The plain waffle was more crunchy, so maybe the chewiness of the waffle varies depending on the flavor🤔
The white-based stand looks like the Mediterranean and is stylish 🏝️
"I'm looking for a souvenir with a cute package."
"I want to eat gluten-free sweets"
“I want to enjoy sweets even if I have allergies.”
Recommended for those who 🙌
Not really Mexican - the taco rice is a bowl of rice with things in it (chicken, avocado,…) quite spicy and tasty - it was gluten free.
Their home made nachos are also gluten free.
It was good and quite big! Took the regular size and couldn’t finish it-
I cannot eat seafood either and they removed the shrimp and added more chicken which was really nice of them.
My bf had the beef burrito which was apparently very good - it has gluten so I couldn’t try it.

Excellent burger, I was able to order lettuce instead of bread (gluten free) and I was also able to eat the fries without repercussions. One of the best wheat-free burgers in Japan so far!
DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE COELIAC!!!
I ordered from here the other night (it was actually great food and super well priced) and then went to order again today and reiterated that I’m coeliac and it’s an allergy and the person said that even though it says ‘gluten-free’ it’s ALL IN THE SAME FRYER!!!! I was really disappointed because the person serving me the other night hadn’t told me this and I had a reaction and couldn’t figure out where I’d eaten gluten. Please educate your staff when someone is ordering gluten-free there is a high chance it is an ALLERGY and not by choice.
A small, peaceful cafe on a quiet street. Small food menu with some gluten free + vegan options. Owner was very friendly, thank you for the great coffee + cake.
This is my favorite shop that I go to many times 💗
All of our crepes are vegan, and we have a variety of crepes, including ones packed with vegetables and sweet ones. I always use gluten free options 🌈
They also have seasonal crepes, etc., so no matter how many times you go, you won't get tired of it♪
Very easy to order Gluten Free food (intolerant). We used google translate and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The skewers were great. The cheesy squid wasn’t my cup of tea. The bacon wrapped cherry tomatoes and Camembert were delectable
My girlfriend has recently started eating gluten-free, so I was curious and went there for lunch. The atmosphere of the restaurant was good overall, and the staff were very friendly. There are many attractive menu items, and I ordered the taco lunch this time. The hot meat sauce was very delicious. I would definitely like to come here again! ☺️
I could eat gluten free soba (dry) noodles that are made a 100% with Buckwheat and the Tempura made with rice flour. For coeliacs check if they fry the gf tempura in the same oil as the non gf. But for gluten sensitive it is a nice place to eat gf soba noodles with gf soya sauce.
The gluten-free chocolate cake and cookies were really delicious.
The staff were also kind. If I go to Enoshima again, I'll definitely come here.
Cheers from Italy.
I was looking for gluten-free cake and finally found this place!
I had the chocolate cake because it was gluten-free ^^
The staff were friendly and it was a really nice cafe!!
They also explained about CBD oil in detail, which sparked my interest♪
It's a very stylish and relaxing cafe!
It’s a Nepalese fusion response/Bar.
Vegan , halal and gluten free options are available. We tried chicken tikka masala and garlic cheese naan. And Nepalese beer and Nepalese dumplings was delicious. It was awesome. “Some low reviews recently. Really don’t know why? “
Friendly staffs and good food and vibes.
