Excellent restaurant, delicious food, I loved it. The servers are lovely, and what's more, they offer gluten-free options. I recommend the sesame chai with soy milk. It's delicious.

Very overrated in my humble opinion. I live in Kansai for 15 years and I'm a tour guide so I'm going to many restaurants in touristic places and this one is kind of a tourist trap. Adding the vegan and gluten free options, doubling the prices and making you eat on plastic plates... No thank you, I won't come back. So many better options in the area, even for vegans and vegetarians.

I had the keema curry with freeze-dried tofu and it was delicious. It was gluten-free, something you'd only get at Mount Koya, and they were particular about using vegetables from Mount Koya, so it was great! The inside of the restaurant was also made of wood, and the exterior and interior were in keeping with Mount Koya, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you for the meal!
