Excellent burger, I was able to order lettuce instead of bread (gluten free) and I was also able to eat the fries without repercussions. One of the best wheat-free burgers in Japan so far!

It's helpful to have a service that allows you to change the buns to lettuce wraps. Wheat may have been used to hold the patty together, but I'm gluten intolerant so that's fine, so I enjoyed it. The patty has a firm texture and is satisfying. The taste was not as strong as I expected and I enjoyed the taste of the meat.
