Pony Corral Restaurant & Bar (Nairn Ave)

I am celiac and a gluten friendly menu was provided to go along with the regular menu for prices. Baked potatoe, mixed vegetables and side salad are only options but no baked potatoe at this location. Garlic bread, rice and sauces are not available for gluten friendly options but you will still be charged full price for only three items. I was offered extra veggies but I don’t need half a plate of vegetables. The manager hid in the back and we went to a different restaurant. Will not be going back. They are over priced in the first place. They should not bother offering a gluten friendly menu when they can’t serve a complete meal. Waste of time.

I'm gluten-free for the allergy. The menu is decent and I've not had any issues the couple of times I've been. My wife's 87 year old aunt came with us today and had the seafood omelet. It was "the best she'd ever had!" I think that's saying something. The young ladies working there always seem to be so helpful and friendly. The food was 'hot off the grill' when it got to the table. There's were so many dishes that went by my table that made me wish I could eat bread or buns. The Pony Coral is a nice place to go with family or friends, especially if you want to watch the game while you eat or have a beveridge...
