This restaurant and all other Pocano locations are not celiac safe. They do wipe down the counters and they do change their gloves when making the gluten-free pizza however they do not put any paper or other protective barrier between the bottom of the gluten-free pizza and the bottom of the pizza oven. This leads to direct cross-contamination and will be a problem for those suffering from celiac disease

AMAZING gluten-free pizza. I've been gluten-free for over a decade, and Positanos has the best gluten-free crust I've had, by far. Plus, their gelato is fabulous. Try it out!
