I've been curious about additive-free gelato since before! Choose 2 types of gelato + mochi waffle. For gelato, I chose corn, amazake, and pistachio. When I heard that it was additive-free, I felt like it made my body happy, haha. The sweetness was firm, and the combination of corn and amazake was very delicious. The pistachio taste is perfect too. I learned later that the mochi waffles are gluten-free. There are also many flavors for vegetarians (vegan), so if you know someone, I would like to tell them about them 😃
