Premier Inn Derby East

My Premier Inn of choice in the Derby area. Perhaps smaller than the average Premier Inn but a really friendly and helpful team. The restaurant is small, so be sure to be quick to book a table to avoid any disappointment. No problems with providing me a gluten free evening meal and breakfast either. Make sure to remember to check your car in as well as there’s a QR code to scan and pay for parking. Residents at the hotel don’t pay, but you must use the iPad at the reception desk to enter your registration number. Special word of mention to Chloe as well. Super helpful and I’m really grateful. A large national chain with a personal touch here at Derby East. Thank you to Chloe and the rest of the team.

We come to the premier in at New year to get away from the noisy pubs where we live. We have had a lovely meal cooked by Johnny who made me a wonderful gluten free dinner. Kaira who we spoke to initially was friendly and helpful as was Riley who helped this tech dinosaur to get onto the WiFi. Special thanks to Chloe who got us the room we wanted, made sure I was fully aware of my gluten free options and who really made our stay perfect. Thank you all.
