Proto's Pizza | Broomfield

Travelling for business and visited twice the same week. Pros… The food quality is great, it was a really great pizza and salad. One night I had an atomica on cauliflower and a simple salad. The other night had a traffic jam on gluten free . Both were good. The cauliflower was better. Cons… the menus have a disclaimer (all prices subject to change) and they have. Everything was more than the menu said. If you happen to be unfortunate enough to be allergic to US wheat flour then expect to pay nearly double for your small pizza with a gluten free or cauliflower crust. (Gluten free is also vegan and the cauliflower is not), the cauliflower is better though. They take the medium price add like 4-5$ but then deliver a small gluten or cauliflower. Like I said, good food if price is no object, but pretty expensive. I was staying nearby at aloft so this was convenient.

I love their gluten free crust and fun atmosphere.
