Got the gluten free breakfast sandwich and it was amazing. Also got a latte and tasted great as well. Finding a table here can be tough but my group got extremely lucky!

The Westin hotel staff recommended lunch at Provisions, for a quick, warm and tasty meal. I ordered the grilled cheese on Gluten Free bread (GF is not listed on the menu board, but they have it!) with tomato soup. The grilled cheese was gooey, cheesy, with some light crunch, while maintaining the soft light chew of a nice bread. I'm impressed by the GF bread, it was very nice! The soup was good, I added salt and pepper. All in all, $20 and I was warm and full.

Delicious gluten free bread for the avocado toast! Provisions actually also provides the bread for Bar Oso next door as well. Overall a delicious breakfast here, with great drinks as well. Tables can be a bit hectic - you order first, then seat yourself so at peak hours the competition can be fierce. Service is very efficient though. Lots of dietary options and tweaks you can make, including sweetness levels to drinks.
