Publik Coffee Roasters

This is by far the best Publik location and my most preferred coffee shop in town. The coffee and food options are great, including vegan and gluten-free options (the avo toast is a classic but the romero is the best, hold the egg). The baristas are all excellent and keep the tone friendly and professional. The vibe inside is intimate with a good balance of social conversations and focused study/work. The outside options are amazing spring through fall, definitely the best patio and yard in town for solo or meetup coffee dates. This location is well-managed: very consistent customer experience from day to day, month to month, and a very consistent staff, which says a lot. All in all the best 'shop in the city, 10/10 do recommend.

Always love coming here for a good cup of coffee on a Sunday morning. It’s a lively and pleasant atmosphere and great food options and gluten free bread for the toasts.
