Fantastic food. I’ve been a on and off customer there for about 2 years now and have always let Lyle have his way with my food, always comes out FIREEE. But this past experience really cemented this place as one of my spots. My friends and I are eating the food we ordered at a table near the truck, and Lyle surprised us with a new quesadilla he was thinking of selling. Free! But we weren’t going to let him do that, so we went back to tip a few extra bucks, and he tried to shoo us away from the jar! You gotta see his menu for yourself, and has something for everyone. My celiac friend came with us expecting to not be able to get anything and we were shocked when he said he had gluten free bread in the truck. He has soup, chicken, STEAK? You can feel how much he cares about making food just by talking to him. I know I’ve kinda rambled in this but there’s just so much good to say about this truck I don’t know how to stop. Just check it out for yourself and form your own opinion. In my experience the vibes are peak, the food is fresh, and the customer service is unmatched.

I can’t believe I have never left this amazing place a review. We have been coming here for years and loving these amazing artisan, homemade grilled cheese sandwiches. Lots of variety to pick from and there are some yummy soups on the menu too. He also offers specials. Lyle the owner and chef is amazing and so super nice to talk too. He makes you feel so welcomed and your stomach feels very happy with these delicious sandwiches. He has gluten free options too for almost everything. My kids love the classic grilled cheese and I love the Mother Cabrini! There are some very cool stickers and t-shirts here with his neat truck logo. I must get one soon! He has drinks and snacks too!
