Definitely some of the best pho I’ve had in Minneapolis. I ordered the chicken pho last time and it was phenomenal. Their broth is top tier. It can be hard to communicate needing a fork for us chopstick-challenged people, especially if it’s busy, but eventually you will get one. The food comes out pretty fast though! Weekends can be super busy, but it’s mellow during the week at lunch time. Another perk is it’s not very expensive, which is really nice. And MOST of their pho is gluten free, which is a need for me. 😊

We order Quang on Doordash 98% of the time, we love the Pho, Bun Bo Hue, Platters, Spring Rolls & the Cafe Sua Da. The items we've ordered travel really well. As someone who is Gluten Free it's nice to have options, but I will say I'm honestly SO incredibly sad that the rice paper eggs rolls (113. RPER) were removed from the Doordash menu. I added them to my cart and tried to order them, but there was an error saying items in my cart were no longer available and removed. I guess the item was completely taken off, added back on, then removed again.. we will keep coming back for the other items but those eggs rolls really had me coming back alot.
