I came from out of state to visit a friend and unfortunately I have celiac disease which makes eating difficult at best. My friend was recommended this place for me and it was fantastic. Upon arrival they ask if ant vegetarian or gluten free menus are needed and when I went to order the waiter knew exactly what I meant when I told him about having celiac. The gluten free menu was clear and also labeled to advise how items were cooked like the chicken wings we shared. Instead of being fried, which celiacs can't have food from a shared fryer, they are oven roasted, came out with a wooden marker in them stating "Allergy" to differentiate it. I got the chicken parm sandwich which they pan fry separately, came on a gluten free bun and the allergy stick. The woman who delivered it guaranteed the bun was gluten free (iykyk) and stated her sister has celiac, eats there all the time and gets the precautions needed. We had some good laughs with her too! The place was busy, but staff were so friendly and attentive. Definitely go and if you're celiac please try it and enjoy the sense of normalcy!
