Centrally located bar in Valladolid with a varied menu for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. A varied vegetarian and vegan menu with starters and delicious burgers. You can choose the burger type (beef, chicken, or vegetable), the style (the ingredients), and the bun (rustic, black brioche, or gluten-free). We ordered the patatas bravas, hand-cut with a delicious homemade spicy sauce. We also ordered the rock-style lentil and oat burger with rustic bread—very good! The waitress was very friendly and attentive. A variety of draft and bottled beers are available. Keep in mind that you have to like rock music, as that's what's playing in the bar all the time. A place we'll definitely come back to and try more!

Good atmosphere and service with a very friendly and attentive staff where those who are people with celiac disease can calmly eat a gluten-free tortilla skewer since they control cross contamination as well as drink an infusion that is also free of contamination. Any questions, both the waiters and the people in charge of the kitchen, will clarify them for you. So the different experiences I have had in this place have been positive and I recommend it 100%.
