I loved my meal (porterhouse and mashed potato was divine) however there were no gluten free starter options. The only gluten free option was chips which, when I asked I was told they were fried in the deep fryer so so they aren't gluten free. I know that no restaurant/pub can guarantee that any food is gluten free... however having actual gluten free options on the starters list is important. Maybe a Bruschetta with gluten free bread?

I searched for gluten free eats in Parkes and this hotel came up, omg the food was amazing! I had the GF prawn pizza and it was the best ever! and the service was awesome, the bar staff are so friendly, just wish with all the times we’ve been to Parkes we’d found this place earlier, will definitely be our go to place when we visit Parkes again 😊
