The only place in Modena that allows celiacs to enjoy a good ramen. Although it is not an AIC certified place and does not have a separate kitchen, they pay particular attention and are able to answer any questions related to allergens in the dishes. I am symptomatic and also a friend of mine who came with me, we have never felt bad here. The quality/price ratio is excellent and they always provide a typical Japanese vegetable appetizer that varies from time to time based on availability. The place is small and quiet, with many references to anime and Japan. Every now and then they also play kpop music in the background for lovers of the genre

Intimate place with few seats, they also do take away and drive through. Excellent food and very kind staff! Definitely recommended for ramen but also other appetizers. Convenient parking along the side street. Gluten-free alternatives too
