I found this place on the internet looking for places with AIC certification since we recently moved to the area and I was very impressed. We ordered takeaway and they were very punctual, the food is very good and reflects the descriptions. The only note or "criticism" is that I did not find the AIC certification visible inside the place (or maybe I did not see it but I was looking for it) and this great opportunity can only be found by looking at the entire website which perhaps not everyone does. I understand that for those who do not have a celiac in the family or do not know how to treat celiac disease they may think that the food is "less inviting" to the point of considering another place but for those who enter the place for the first time without consulting the site, they will not immediately think that it is an AIC place. I admire the places that offer us these possibilities! Thanks for everything and keep it up!!

The only place in Modena that allows celiacs to enjoy a good ramen.
Although it is not an AIC certified place and does not have a separate kitchen, they pay particular attention and are able to answer any questions related to allergens in the dishes. I am symptomatic and also a friend of mine who came with me, we have never felt bad here.
The quality/price ratio is excellent and they always provide a typical Japanese vegetable appetizer that varies from time to time based on availability.
The place is small and quiet, with many references to anime and Japan. Every now and then they also play kpop music in the background for lovers of the genre
