It was our first time to eat at The Ranch. It was delicious, and more food than we could eat at one meal. My husband had a ribeye steak, and I had the Salmon. He refused to eat any sides until he finished his steak. It was tender and nicely seasoned. The Salmon was wonderful. We chose the garlic potatoes, fried okra and sweet potato (we asked for the toppings to be on the side). They also had gluten free rolls for me. Since it was my birthday, I had a free dessert, the chocolate cheesecake. My husband had the Creme Brule. We actually split them and shared.

I attended a company Christmas party at The Ranch Steakhouse this weekend and was completely blown away by the service. As a gluten free vegetarian, it can be extremely intimidating walking into a steakhouse and trying to find anything to order other than a salad. When I first got there I talked to the waiter and made him aware of my dietary restrictions and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. He came over to me before the family style appetizers were served and made sure I knew which were safe and which weren’t. Then when it came time to order he notified me that they had WENT TO GET me gluten free pasta (they do not regularly offer that there) and that the chef was going to make me a vegetarian pasta dish. Which was PHENOMENAL, I might add. I told them before we left, and really hope they know how thankful I am for their kindness and accommodation.
